To sum up my situation, I spilled a soda on my laptop, and it fried the keyboard.

Went to my local computer store (where I know the manager) and ordered a keyboard to be delivered ASAP (I agreed to pay extra charges). That was on a Tuesday.

Called 3 times on Friday, and they had a keyboard come in, but after driving over there in rush-hour traffic, it wasn't my keyboard.

I then asked them if we could track my order, but apparently only the service manager knew how to do that, and he wasn't there.

Went back Saturday, no keyboard.

On Monday, called my friend, and he talked to his service people. They informed him that I was told keyboard was on backorder and I wouldn't get it for at least a week. All lies. There was a message on my voicemail Monday saying they hoped it would be in that day. A classic case of CYA.

After the phone call Monday afternoon, got online, found spare parts warehouse, ordered my keyboard, and here I am, less than 48 hours later with a fully working laptop.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! I am a court reporter and need this laptop every day. I wish I would have gotten with you guys first. It would have saved me a lot of trouble.

A few weeks ago I found my OLD laptop screen dark. I couldn't get it to function. I did a little research and concluded that it was either a screen back light or an inverter. After a misstep or two, I found your company on the Web.

I was assisted by Jenni and Kelly. Both were personable and, more importantly, knowledgeable!! I ordered a screen and an inverter board. Both function well and system is operational once again.

As a retired IT Director (40 years in the field) and community college adjunct Computer Science instructor, I truly appreciate being able to get good answers and help when I need it.

Should I ever need parts again, or if I hear of someone who needs parts, your company will be the one called.

I am always nervous dealing with an online company for the first time, but my go-to site did not have the part I needed. The first time I attempted to place my order, it never finished the order process. I was contacted by email telling me my order had not gone through. While I knew that was the case, this contact reassured me, as a scamming site would just take my payment information and sell it. I did place the order again. I was notified on the 17th that my order had shipped. This is the 19th. I have my part. My old laptop is charging. I am so happy with your service. You are now my favorite. Yea!!

Yesterday, I was pleased to receive an order I placed with your company on Tuesday, July 20. I spilled wine on my laptop on Monday night and lost the function of several keys even after meticulously washing and drying the keyboard.

I was at a loss as to what to do, so I did a bit of research on the internet and discovered your company. I can't tell you how amazed I was at the ease of finding exactly what I needed through your well thought out parts finding guide.
